Working in the insurance field since 1979, Karen has served  Aetna, Cigna, U.S.F & G, and Safeco in the Property & Casualty departments.  While working for Safeco, she transitioned to the Legal area in 1999 as the Office Manager for the In-House Counsel.  In 2002, Karen entered the brokerage field working for TJ Adams Group concentrating her efforts in the Life & Health area as a New Business Coordinator.  She has been licensed in Life and Health since 2004 after joining BenefitMall as a New Business Analyst.  Working with Concklin Insurance Agency has combined her past experiences into a very rewarding career.
